What an incredible variety of birds! Getting into the water birds is a whole new ball game. We were south of Fairfeld on our way north and stopped as we saw a wetlands area (next to a duck hunting club) filled with migrating mute swans. When we stopped on our way back the same day they were all gone. Love the shot with the thistle and goldfinch. They are ravenous these days on our nyjar
