Very nice photography. The little diving pair of ducks we saw in the distance were Buffleheads. A nearby pond had quite a few Buffleheads, both male & female along with a couple of what I think were Northern Shoverlers. I saw a couple of sparrows that I cannot identify - wish you had been there with your camera.

Excellent photos! especially white crowned sparrow, white pelicans, Coopers hawk and black necked stilts. Crisp and expressive!!!
