Since my great friend Andrea sent me the book "H is for Hawk," there seems to be more hawks in my life! Co-incidence? Synchronicity? Actually the winter months are the best time for hawk viewing in Sonoma County.
Juvenile red-shouldered hawk would be my best guess - top of Coleman Valley Rd between Occidental and Highway One.
Juvenile sharp-shinned hawk? Abbott's Lagoon, Point Reyes National Seashore.
Large flock of gulls near the ocean part of Abbott's Lagoon - this I believe is a ring-billed gull.
American Pipit was foraging near the lagoon.
A Say's Phoebe was also hunting near the beach area.

Delightfully, the northern harrier also perched nearby - Point Reyes National Seashore.
